Indian Register of Shipping (IRS), a leading international ship classification society, has further strengthened its global footprint with the establishment of its presence in Brazil to serve the South American maritime market.

Located at Santos, Brazil, the new representation will provide local support to shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore operators and other maritime stakeholders across Brazil and the wider South American region.
